The Strategic Alliance: What’s the Deal

Delca International Group will represent KAI DEF in Latin America starting in 2026. This establishes a formal partnership for distribution and representation of defense-sector offerings.
In addition to KAI DEF, the alliance will expand to include two more companies — one Spanish and another Israeli — which have also placed their trust in the group led by Cesar Imbellone, president of Delca International.
Through this alliance, Delca aims to offer in Latin America a broad defense portfolio: submarine equipment, aircraft, attack ships, tanks, early-warning satellite and communications systems, attack and surveillance drones (air, land and maritime), among other advanced military and security solutions.
